Description Job Summary We are seeking an IT Training Specialist based at the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY. This role is onsite and may have flexibility for some situational remote work days. This role leads end-user technology training, develops knowledge resources, and enhances IT communications and service delivery. It drives Microsoft 365 adoption, supports onboarding training, builds and maintains knowledge bases, manages intranet content, and delivers proactive user education.
