Description The Vanguard 2.2.1 program has an opening for a VTS (Video Teleconferencing Services) Technician to support the Department of State (DOS) Bureau of Diplomatic Technology (DT). The qualified person will support the daily responsibilities of the VTS Technician to include working/coordinating with a team of Tier II technicians and operational staff to support the DT mission. The VTS Technician will provide knowledge and technical support to video associated teleconference (VTS) equipment and customers. Equipment may include large monitors/displays, projectors, video cameras, and hardware located within the DOS video conferencing rooms. This role is in Washington, DC and allows 1 day of telework per week. The role could require minimal travel.
