Description Job Summary We are seeking an IT Training & Knowledge Management Specialist based at the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY. This role is onsite and may have flexibility for some situational remote work days. This role leads end-user technology training, develops knowledge resources, and enhances IT communications and service delivery. It drives Microsoft 365 adoption, supports onboarding training, builds and maintains knowledge bases, manages intranet content, and delivers proactive user education. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and quick learner who excels at synthesizing technical information from subject matter experts and translating it into clear, user-friendly training, documentation, and guidance for non-technical audiences.
