Description SAIC is seeking a Senior VOIP Engineer to support a large government customer. This role is onsite at the DOT headquarters in Washington, DC. Job Summary: Analyzes and develops VOIP networks, designing and planning installation and maintenance of VOIP systems from project inception to conclusion. Manages Jabber and Webex and ensures proper integration and communication of those systems with the VOIP network. TOP QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE OR CERTIFICATIONS: Technical Qualifications Experience with VTC Systems: Expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting systems such as Poly (Polycom), Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), and Zoom Rooms. Familiarity with legacy systems like Poly Group Series and new systems like Microsoft Surface Hub and Cisco Boards.
