Troubleshoots performance issues. Analyzes voice traffic and provides capacity planning solutions. Core Responsibilities and Duties: System Administration and Maintenance Configure, deploy, and maintain VTC endpoints (e.g., Poly Group Series, Cisco, Surface Hub, Microsoft Teams Rooms).
