Description SAIC is currently seeking a Helpdesk Services Support for the Army's Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) onsite at Rock Island, IL. Job Description: Assist and provide end-user support and serve as auxiliary support for Video Teleconferencing (VTC) operations Support the local Desk Side Support Technician & VTC Specialist Provides troubleshooting, repairing and debugging T1 computer systems Helps with maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering NOTE: This position requires up to 25% of travel.
