Description: The 1LMX Program Performance Director provides senior‑level executive leadership for the planning, execution, and governance of the 1LMX program. The Director drives baseline management, ensures rigorous compliance with policy and regulation, identifies and mitigates risks, capitalizes on opportunities, oversees budget stewardship, and shapes strategic roadmaps that align with Lockheed Martin corporate objectives. This role will transform both the organization and the 1LMX program, delivering capabilities faster, cheaper, and at higher quality for our customers.
