Duties include, but not limited to: Provide expertise for Government budgets, foreign military sales funding, other foreign Government funding, and international partner agreements. The Contractor shall perform research, conduct reviews, and provide assessments. Support the development of the Program Objective Memorandum, Staffer Day preparations, Spring Program Reviews, Investment Budget Review, Program Management Reviews, Mid-year Execution Reviews, Baseline Execution Reviews, Vice-Commander’s Forum, Financial Management Reviews, Acquisition Mission Support, Business Management Reviews, and other budget execution activities....
