Description: This is a Program Management Manager position under the F-16 Program in the Aeronautics Business Area, Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Line of Business. This position will serve as Program Manager in support of F-16 Readiness and Sustainment Solutions for various DCS and FMS programs. This role will have primary customer and end user interface with numerous customers across multiple countries for F-16 sustainment programs providing oversight in all related regions. Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
