In this role, the candidate will oversee a multidiscipline team ensuring the Bus products are made efficiently, safely, meet stringent quality standards, and stay on schedule. This position will bridge the gap between upper management and the engineering teams by overseeing budgets, optimizing workflows, and managing personnel. The candidate will also perform delegation activities for the Spacecraft Bus IPT lead. Position is contingent upon contract award anticipated July 2026.
