Description: Lockheed Martin's Missile and Fire Control is seeking a Program Manager to join the IRST team. What You Will Be Doing Manage day to day activities of both Domestic and International IRST Production Programs including oversight of cost, schedule, contract requirements and program execution. Oversee production and transition to production program execution, lead program meetings. Lead proposal activities and input for new business capture efforts. Be responsible for customer interface and communication to program teams. Must be comfortable leading highly technical programs with aggressive cost and schedule requirements. Must have the desire and ability to lead a cross functional team across multiple sites.
