Description: We are seeking a Program Planning Engineering Specialist to provide planning and scheduling support for the Functional Labs (Dallas and Orlando) team. The incumbent will work closely with functional lab managers, technical SMEs, planners, operations, and program management to translate authorized customer and lab requirements into a Functional Lab Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Responsibilities include validating scope, flow, and resource requirements. The individual in this position will have a high-level overview of the Functional Labs and must be proactive to address schedule conflicts and support the planning of multiple programs for test execution.
