Description: The National Security Space (NSS) Stakeholder Engagement Representative is responsible for strategically planning, coordinating, and managing NSS stakeholder engagement initiatives, to enhance the overall employee experience across all the NSS sites. This position will be located in Herndon, VA and may require travel to other NSS site locations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Lead NSS and site-wide employee engagement activities across the Herndon campus and surrounding locations, partnering with local executive leadership to support site-specific events and initiatives • Support classified engagement activities, including maintaining NSS classified SharePoint site, and supporting development of the Classified Quarterly Newsletter and classified Mission Highlights in collaboration with partner organizations • Plan, coordinate and manage the NSS Quarterly Awards program, ensuring continuous recognition of NSS employees • Foster...
