Position Summary The Principal Program Manager - IC Acquisition & Transition Liaison (LNO) to AFTENCAP provides Air Force Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (AFTENCAP) Engineering, Professional and Administrative Support Services (EPASS) contract with on-site Program Management Liaison (LNO) support to an Intelligence Community (IC) Mission Partner, including coordination required in support of AFTENCAP project management, systems engineering, technology development, contracts and acquisition enabling rapid prototyping capability development, integration and transition.
