Description: What You Will Be Doing: This role will serve as the main point of contact for the Sustainment College Intern Program, High School Intern program, Cross Capability Cohort Program, and Sustainment Employee Learning initiatives. This role drives timely planning, requisition reconciliation, and clear communication among employees, leaders, Human Resources, and enterprise partners. This role is positioned in Sustainment Operations, within Lockheed Martin (LM) Aeronautics, and in the simplest terms, Sustainment Operations is focused on keeping aircraft flying globally anytime, anywhere.
