Description: The 1LMX Program Capability Development Director is accountable for the development and on‑time delivery of the business‑system portfolios that enable the 1LMX transformation. Portfolios include, but are not limited to, the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Model‑Based Enterprise (MBE), Global Business Development & Strategy (GBDS), Program Performance Management (PPM), and Human Capital Management (HCM). The Director owns cost, schedule, technical, and quality performance across all capabilities and ensures seamless integration within the 1LMX Enterprise Reference Architecture.
