Description: WHAT WE'RE DOING This position will combine program execution with new business capture PM responsibilities across a variety of programs in the Ground Based Air Surveillance (GBAS) TPY-4 and TPS-77 / FPS-117 / MRR Product Line. THE WORK Activities will include but not be limited to managing proposal/capture efforts, managing program execution, support of follow on new business, investment and program meetings, weekly customer and internal meetings, monthly program reviews, risk/opportunity management, and earned value management. They must proactively identify technical, supply‑chain, and quality risks while managing a cross-functional solution. A results‑oriented mindset with a strong bias for action is essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with senior and functional leadership providing status reports, escalation briefs, and decision‑support documentation.
