Description: Responsible for Property Management control activities and related disciplines to ensure continual accountability and stewardship of company and government property for TARGETS Program in accordance with applicable policies, customer requirements, and government regulations at both the Huntsville and Courtland sites. Work closely and provide Property Management support to the program Property Custodian(s) in overseeing the accountability and control of Government property, such as, but not limited to property record accuracy, tracking asset maintenance /calibration requirements, physical inventories, disposition activities, etc. Maintain records in the Property Business Systems database to include location, physical inventory, system status, identification, establishing property records, closing records in accordance with FAR 52.245-1, DFARs and/or LM Property Management Procedure requirements.
