Overview We are seeking experienced Real Estate Review Appraisers to serve as the agency’s subject matter experts for appraisal reviews related to right-of-way acquisitions, easements, and partial takings . These positions will ensure appraisal products comply with Federal standards, USPAP, and the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA) .  The ideal candidates will hold the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, , and/or the ARA designation from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) , and a Certified General Real Property Appraiser license , with demonstrated experience reviewing complex appraisal assignments for federally funded infrastructure projects.
