Overview We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Review Appraiser to serve as the agency’s subject matter expert for appraisal reviews related to right-of-way acquisitions, easements, and partial takings . This position will ensure appraisal products comply with Federal standards, USPAP, and the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA) . The ideal candidate will hold the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and a Certified General Real Property Appraiser license , with demonstrated experience reviewing complex appraisal assignments for federally funded infrastructure projects.
