Position: General Manager Job Description: The General Manager position is responsible for all planning, directing, and executing of sales strategy for one of Arrow’s largest markets. This leader is responsible for meeting/exceeding sales and business operations goals and will perform these functions within the context of Arrow’s objectives, policies and procedures. The General Manager must be based in Pennsylvania or Southern New Jersey to effectively lead and support the market.
