Overview
LMI is seeking a Human-Centered Design (HCD) Specialist III-IV - UI/UX to support the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) portfolio. This role will focus on creating intuitive, accessible, visually cohesive, and user-centered digital experiences based on stakeholder research and user needs. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in user experience and user interface design, with demonstrated ability to translate research findings, workflows, and requirements into high-quality digital experiences. This individual will create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction patterns, interface designs, and reusable design components that guide development teams from concept through implementation. The role will work across the HCD lifecycle, including discovery, stakeholder engagement, design, prototyping, usability testing, and iteration.
