Overview
LMI seeks a Contract and Acquisition Specialist who will work on-site 5 days a week at the client organization located at Fort Lee, V irginia. The Contracts and Acquisition Specialist will provide subject matter expertise in the federal acquisition process and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), acquisition and contract planning and preparation, procurement strategies, contract management, and acquisition/contract documentation support and tracking, software procurement and Licensing Management. Further responsibilities include responding to internal taskers as needed, attending meetings to represent the Program Management Office as the point of contact, and responding to client requests regarding Contracting and Acquisition Information.
