ECS is seeking a Federal Financial SME to work in our Fairfax, VA office. ECS is currently seeking a full time Federal Financial Management Subject Matter Expert to help lead the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in implementing the CGI Momentum commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solution. The Federal Financial SME will provide executive level support to the VA as it executes IV&V Wave Implementation testing, from initiation to planning to Hypercare following the detailed Wave steps found in the associated product lifecycle. The successful candidate will collaborate with the FMBT Project Management and System Integrator teams providing understanding of VA and FSC financial functions, financial business processes, and user-centric design methodologies.
