This position will support the Program Manager Marine Air-Ground Task Force Command and Control (PM MAGTF C2) Air Command & Control and Sensor Netting (AC2SN) portfolio by analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, evaluating, and delivering training products. This role supports the development and execution of training in accordance with Marine Corps instructional and training standards and provides direct support to operational units through formal and informal training delivery methods. This is a full time, Hybrid position out of Bloomington, IN. This position will provide mechanical/electrical engineering support to ensure procedural documents are accurate and correct. Position responsibilities Develop procedures with initial guidance and in-process review from Government subject matter experts (SME). Implement Government SME comments as part of this support tasking. Review performance specification/performance requirements to identify test parameters necessary to establish radar subsystems test capability.
