QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Budget Analyst to join our team at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA to support our HQDA G-3/5/7 Support Services contract. Duties: Provide financial expertise to support all DAMO-SOI Army Cyberspace, Information Operations (IO), OPSEC, MILDEC and EW capability requirements and resourcing actions within the Defense PPBE process. Develop in coordination with Army supported organizations and Army- supported Combatant Commands, detailed requirements input documents during the preparation of the Army Cyberspace and IO MDEP in the POM process. Develop MDEP briefings to include detailed comparison charts for each supported organization and provide analysis for year-to-year requirements and funding changes. Basic Qualifications Requires a Bachelor’s or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent (4 years job-related experience). Requires an additional 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of job-related experience. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire.
