Description: The Technical Trainer for the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program is responsible for planning, developing and delivering training programs and procedures for technical products or solutions. Duties include analyzing training needs and developing programs to address them; developing lesson plans, training materials, course content and methodology; and managing delivery of training across multiple formats. The technical trainer will deliver of adult focused training to Navy Sailors, engineers, and maintenance personnel supporting the CPS missile system.
