Description The Horizon 2 program is looking for you, a talented Project Engineer with engineering and program management experience to support the Space Security and Defense Program (SSDP) in El Segundo, CA , as a liaison between the SSDP and the Space Systems Command (SSC). You will support the SSDP West Office with space related program management, program support, technical review, and integration of SSDP efforts. The SSDP West Office is tasked with integrating SSC's programs into analytical force designs and transitioning those force designs into acquisition programs at SSC and with other mission partners. You will join a systems engineering team defining the next generation of space communication systems supporting US Space Force (USSF) satellite communications. You will support Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) activities in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment. You will interface and collaborate with SE&I team members, contractors, government civilians and members of the USSF.
