Description SAIC is seeking a Tier II Network Administrator to support the NORAD and NORTHCOM network enterprise solution onsite in Colorado Springs. This position will help plan and implement upgrades, harden the digital environment, and operate and maintain a dispersed network across the north American continent. The network administrator ensures reliable operations, stability, and security of the organization's voice, data, and critical services. The Network Administrator will ensure the daily operation and maintenance of a dispersed network that provides services from the user distribution layer through a dispersed core. A firm understanding of routing and switching technologies along with security implementation and best practices will be used daily. This role manages daily infrastructure tasks, monitors performance bottlenecks, and supports end-users with connectivity issues.
