Description SAIC is seeking a highly skilled Unified Communications Engineer to design, deploy, and manage our advanced communication systems. The ideal candidate will bring over 8 years of technical expertise, leadership experience, and a results-driven mindset to ensure seamless communication solutions that meet our business goals. 3 days onsite Wash DC - 2 days remote. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable VoIP solutions, ensuring seamless voice and video communication. Manage and maintain Cisco Unified Communications systems (CUCM, Unity Connection, Contact Center, etc.). Perform troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and QoS optimization for communication systems.
