Description SAIC is looking for a Junior Network Engineer to support our US Navy customer provide engineering and technical support for the CND Deployer Toolkit (CDT) and Defensive Cyber Operations Infrastructure (DCOI). This position is located at NAVWAR Old Town Campus in San Diego, CA and will require up to 50% of CONUS and OCONUS travel. REQUIRED TO ME LOCAL TO SAN DIEGO, CA. JOB DUTIES: Conduct installation, modification, repair, operation, and removal of network systems equipment. Provide hardware assembly, setup, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and network connectivity support. Perform layer one site surveys. Assist with onsite support for setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and network connectivity as required for server racks, servers, storage, Ethernet and transport cabling, and workstation and network equipment.
