Position: Transportation Coordinator Job Description: Business Title: Transportation Coordinator What You’ll Be Doing Communicate with carriers, warehouses, customers, and internal teams. Manage routing guide. Assist in shipping requests by processing shipping reports to set up and contact carriers for pickup. Coordinate daily transportation activities and shipments and arrange carrier bookings and monitor freight movements. Process minor shipping requests include redirecting freight, changing freight terms, etc. Ensure timely delivery and resolve transportation issues or delays. Prepare and maintain shipping documents and transportation records. Monitor transportation costs and support cost-saving initiatives.
