Description: You will be the Sustainment Engineer for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) team. Our team keeps the PAC 3 missile system mission ready by managing spares, logistics, and sustainment throughout the product lifecycle. What You Will Be Doing As the Sustainment Engineer you will drive spares analysis, forecasting, and logistical support for the PAC 3 program. You’ll partner with program management, customers, and international partners to ensure launchers remain operational and cost effective. Your responsibilities will include: • Perform spares modeling and Level of Repair (LORA) analyses for fielded and depot level parts. • Translate requirements into proposal inputs, develop ground rules, and present them to the proposal team. • Participate in Customer IPT meetings, review engineering changes, and advise Concept Screening and Configuration Control Boards on logistics impacts. • Resolve spares issues quickly and cost effectively, coordinating with the...
