Description: You will be the Test Technician Supervisor for the Test Technology Team. Our team is responsible for coordinating test‑technician activities and supporting overall quality initiatives. What You Will Be Doing As the Test Technician Supervisor you will be responsible for leading the test‑technician group, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless execution of test and quality processes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Recruit, select, and train test technicians while managing performance assessments and work assignments.
