Description: You will be the Program Quality Engineering Manager for our team. What You Will Be Doing As the Program Quality Engineering Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of Quality Engineers to implement and execute quality requirements for LTIAMD rate acceleration. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Work cross functional to define processes to support manufacturing of tooling and test equipment to achieve nearly double production rates. - Develop strategic plans for team growth and development for a proactive quality approach - Engage with other functional organizations to drive process improvements and efficiencies as well as for adherence to key quality metrics -Responsible for all aspects of Quality to support manufacturing with inputs to and from proposals, contract review, start-up, development, transition to production, production and sustainment.
