Description: You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Stf (Level 4) for the THAAD Program Tooling Team. Our team is responsible for delivering world‑class missile systems through innovative manufacturing solutions. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Engineer Stf (Level 4) you will be responsible for advancing tool design and manufacturing processes that enable rapid, reliable production of the THAAD system. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop and refine tooling designs to meet production requirements. Provide Design‑for‑Manufacture input and transition new or revised designs from development to production. Lead manufacturing process validation activities and drive cost‑reduction initiatives to closure. Identify production risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
