Description: You will be the Proposal Analyst Materials Estimating Mgr for the THAAD Materials Estimating Team. Our team is responsible for end‑to‑end creation of competitive, compliant proposals for Federal government contracts while managing talent lifecycle and bid‑price strategy. What You Will Be Doing As the Manager of the THAAD Materials Estimating Team you will own the full proposal development process, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, and lead a high‑performing estimating workforce. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop, plan, and schedule proposals in alignment with estimating policies and RFP specifications. Coordinate collection and integration of cost, schedule, and technical data from functional departments.
