Description: You will be the THAAD Production Operations Manager for Munitions Acceleration for the Munitions Acceleration team. Our team drives high‑rate production of THAAD munitions across nine Lockheed Martin sites. What You Will Be Doing As the THAAD Production Operations Manager for Munitions Acceleration you will be responsible for leading equipment roll‑outs, optimizing production flow, and delivering measurable efficiency gains. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead end‑to‑end rollout of new and duplicate manufacturing equipment from procurement through installation, verification, and ramp‑up. Manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk‑mitigation plans while tracking milestones and adjusting resources.
