Description: This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Vice President of Environment, Safety, Health and Sustainability; ESH and Sustainability Directors; and the broader enterprise ESH and Sustainability organization in select administrative assignments. The main responsibilities of this position include: Maintaining calendars in Outlook and ensuring scheduled meetings are updated and accurate with appropriate Teams link. Working and re-working complicated calendar scheduling. Providing prompt follow-up to meeting requests and correspondence. Responding quickly to last minute changes to meetings and logistics effectively to all parties.
