Description: The Quality Assurance and Compliance Lead will report to the Global Medical Services (GMS) Business Operations Sr Mgr and will provide administrative oversight, tactical operations support, and strategic execution of key programs within GMS. The core responsibility of this role is ensuring contract compliance and quality standards for more than 20 Wellness Centers across the United States, aligning services with Lockheed Martin’s expectations and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business sense, excellent communication skills, experience managing large-scale projects, and ability to deliver results independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of healthcare business operations and financial structures is preferable, and a solid understanding of basic medical language is necessary.
