Description: The Advanced Programs & Exploitation (APEX) team within Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an Associate Software Engineering Manager to lead a multi disciplinary group responsible for remote sensing payload processing, exploitation applications, and simulation tools. You will combine technical leadership with people management duties to ensure that R&D and program level software projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role is a primary interface to internal stakeholders and requires a systems thinking mindset that balances architecture, cost, and schedule.
