Description: You will be a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for our PAC-3 program. Our team is responsible for designing and improving manufacturing processes to make production more reliable, efficient, and cost-effective, and providing engineering support to the production floor. What You Will Be Doing • Development of tooling and equipment designs from engineering hardware specifications and culminating in complete technical data packages fully defining the tooling / equipment and allowing fabrication of detailed components and assembly of the end item. • Design / documentation efforts to be accomplished IAW company standards utilizing Creo / Solid Works. • Provide engineering support to the production floor for issues that may surface in normal day to day integration processes by analyzing and using problem solving skills in a team environment in accordance with production rate requirements. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues....
