Description: -You will be accountable for managing day to day tasks on items within your area of responsibility. Responsible for identification and closure of technical issues. Meets/Exceeds all technical commitments made to the programs. Ensures requirements baseline in documents, tracked, maintained, and verified. Ensures establishment and tracking of key Technical Performance Measures (TPM). Aides in the timely and accurate projections of engineering resource requirements. -You will work with Lead / Control Account Manager (CAM) to ensure long term planning goals are met. Works closely with first and second line functional leaders to identify and secure appropriate staffing, coordinates with the Program Management (PM) office and first line managers on proposed engineering staffing changes prior to changes.
