Description: You will be a Manufacturing Engineer, responsible for overseeing the production of microwave hybrids, including the design of assembly techniques and materials. What You Will Be Doing As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will have a deep understanding of all assembly techniques and materials used to produce microwave hybrids, including substrate and die epoxy attach, wire bonding, and other processes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Understand and apply your experience with J-STD-001 solder assembly, conductive epoxy. Attach of substrates and semiconductor die, gold wedge and ball-bonding, and seal / hermeticity testing.
