Description: WHAT WE'RE DOING This role supports the US Missile Defense Agency in delivering the next generation Command and Control Battle Management and Communications systems to protect our military and country. You will be working with best in class subcontractors that are industry leaders in their domain, to develop and deliver innovative solutions for our customers. THE WORK • Supplier Management – Serve as primary point of contact for labor-based T&M contracts, establish and maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance, and resolve issues. • RFP Management – Draft, issue, and track Request for Proposals for labor based T&M services. • Proposal Analysis – Compare pricing, labor rates, and labor hour estimates; perform cost realism and price reasonableness reviews. • Offer Development – Prepare subcontract offers, including labor rate tables, labor hour forecasts, and applicable FAR/DFARS clauses. • Negotiation – Conduct negotiations with prospective...
