THE WORK Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preventive and sustaining maintenance of all equipment and the Grapevine facility. The position includes, but is not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, equipment maintenance, general maintenance, housekeeping, and janitorial services.
