Description: Duties: F-16 Aircraft Maintenance Specialist (Crew Chief) responsible for daily flight and maintenance requirements of F-16 aircraft. Provide for the launch, recovery, and preflight/thru flight/BPO inspections, ground handling, minor maintenance, engine runs, and servicing. Perform routine troubleshooting, installation, repair and maintenance of all electro-mechanical systems and components on the aircraft. Will be required to perform differing repair functions as required. This includes but is not limited to: major maintenance, landing gear, flight control surfaces and periodic inspections. Tasks will include coordination and execution of pre-flight and post-flight activities to ensure aircraft's test readiness including issuance, and closure of documentation relating to work performed on the aircraft, and coordination of aircraft modifications.
