Description: The Performance‑Analysis Engineer will own and lead performance‑modeling work‑packages for advanced aerospace and defense systems. The role focuses on developing high‑fidelity analytical and simulation models that predict mechanical‑system performance (e.g., propulsion, launch vehicle dynamics, thermal‑mechanical interaction) throughout the product lifecycle. The engineer will provide technical guidance to junior analysts, interface with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure that performance predictions meet program requirements and schedule milestones.
