Description: The Stress Analysis Engineer will own moderate‑to‑complex structural‑analysis work‑packages, mentor junior analysts, and provide technical leadership for propulsion subsystem stress analyses. The role bridges detailed finite‑element modeling with design‑review participation, ensuring that stress analysis meets program performance, reliability, and safety requirements. Advanced Stress Analysis • Lead static, dynamic, and fatigue analyses using linear and non linear solutions in Siemens NX. • Develop and validate high‑fidelity FEM models (meshing strategy, material definition, boundary conditions). • Perform load‑case generation and factor‑of‑safety assessment for critical structures Design Integration & Trade Studies • Translate system‑level requirements into detailed stress‑analysis specifications. • Provide design‑size recommendations, reinforcement concepts, and material substitutions to meet weight‑strength targets. • Participate in multidisciplinary trade...
