Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking a Multi-Functional Site Manager for the Fort Bragg, NC area. Must have active TS-SCI Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Additional duties: Provide senior level management of day to day operational support and guidance to all site support personnel. Ensure all personnel actions are in compliance with appropriate policies and procedures and coordinate training for assigned personnel. Prepare internal weekly key issues report for area. Brief customer on cost, schedule, and technical performance as needed.
